Varieties: 100% Chardonnay

Type: I saw young white

Alcohol level: 13.5ºC

Elaboration: harvested in the morning so that the grapes are fresh, they are quickly taken to the cellar to press and extract the flower must. It is then fermented in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature for about three weeks. It is then clarified, stabilized and filtered for bottling.

Aromas: green flowers, sea, grass

Consumption temperature: 10ºC
